Key to Classification and Grading

	Will provide the minimum facilities required for registration with Failte Ireland
	Will have a limited range of facilities
	Will have a good range of facilities and good management
	Will have extensive facilities and a high standard of management

In addition the following classification criteria are also used:

N - These are premises which, have recently registered with Failte Ireland. However, they have not been long enough in operation for their standards to be fully assessed.

U - Under the terms of the classification scheme a premises may opt to remain unclassified and will be shown U in guides. These premises will, of course, meet all the mandatory requirements for Caravan & Camping Parks registration.

P - Awaiting Failte Ireland registration at time of going to print.

R - Under Refurbishment.

All the parks featured in this Guide ( with the exception of Northern Ireland parks) are Failte Ireland registered. On site services range from

minimum but adequate amenities to parks with indoor and outdoor facilities, on-site restaurants, food shops, camper's kitchens', laundry services, TV/Video rooms and sports facilities.

Tourism Accommodation Management Services (T.A.M.S.) has been contracted to carry out the quality control or registration and classification functions on behalf of Failte Ireland.
