Overlooking the shores of Bantry Bay
Berehaven Camper and Amenity Park is co-located and shares an entrance with Berehaven Golf Club near Castletownbere. It is set amid mountain scenery of breath-taking beauty on the north shore of Bantry Bay. Onsite facilities include golf, shore angling, bicycle hire, shingle beach to launch leisure craft and crazy golf. A walkway connects the caravan park to Murphy’s Bere Island Ferry Terminal. Regular sailings allow visitors to explore Bere Island at their leisure.
Berehaven Camper and Amenity Park is an ideal base from which to explore the area. The Béara Way is 206 km in length and is a National way-marked walkway. It circumnavigates the Béara Peninsula, a rugged and largely mountainous area that is bounded by the Kenmare River to the north and Bantry Bay to the south. The Béara Peninsula is also the subject of a cycle route (The Béara Way Cycle Route) and a driving tour (The Ring of Béara).
This park is dog-friendly but please keep your dog on a lead at all times.
The on-site Bar / Restaurant overlooking Bantry Bay is open during peak-season.
