Ireland 2016 marks the centenary of the Easter Rising. Why not join the crowds that will line O’Connell Street to be part of this monumental day of ceremonies to mark the occasion. You can pitch up your caravan or motorhome at the site just off the M50 and get a bus straight into the celebrations or why not stay at one of the many parks in Wicklow and take the Dart from Bray into Dublin
With the clocks going forward, Easter weekend, the great outdoors beckons offering great activities and fun for all the family. Take your bike on the Western Bike Trail in Mayo or on the Ballyhoura Forest Trail in Tipperary.
woodlands or visit the many beautiful sandy beaches on the South East. You might even enjoy dining al fresco with a picnic at Morricastle Strand or Duncannon Beach, Wexford
In Kerry, the Cloghane Brandon Walking Festival takes place. In Mayo you have the Westport annual Easter Walking Festival taking place. This is an ideal time to get out walking whilst overnighting in one of the main caravan sites in Kerry and Mayo.
