General Information for Caravaning and Camping in Ireland
In this website all parks price in the same way with only 3 pricing categories displayed. All parks operate a far more detailed price structure which should be confirmed directly with each park.
P.U. – per unit.
P.P. – per person
The ‘From’ price is the low season price of a unit and the ‘to’ is the peak/high season price. Generally, 12 and under are considered children, however this should be verified with each individual park. In addition to the unit rates quoted parks detail the extra charges which they levy (e.g. electricity). Parks that have an all-inclusive rate will show zero beside the extras.
Check in/out times
Check in and checks out times vary. Please check with each Park. Some parks allow late check out however a small fee may apply.
Mobile Home Hire Rates
Weekly rates do not include extras such as bedlinen, T.V., security deposit, etc. These should be verified with each individual park.
Mobile Home Classification
S – Standard – Fully serviced unit that is not more than 7 years old.
E – Economy – Fully serviced unit that is in excess of 7 years.
Key to Classification and Grading
All parks in the Republic of Ireland are graded and registered with Failte Ireland - Irish Tourist Board, according to the following guidelines:
Parks are inspected and given a rating to reflect overall standards. The highest grade in the Republic of Ireland is Four Stars which is reserved for parks of execptional quality that also provide specific facilities and services.
