Reviews

  • Great break away – Stayed in eagle point for 4 nights. What a wonderful site to visit. Cannot say enough good things about it. Brilliant friendly staff. Spotlessly clean site . And I mean spotless. Loads of free showers with loads of hot water. Camper kitchen with washing machines and dryers. Beautiful views out over the bay.Only a few minutes walk to a great centra supermarket. About 10 mins to nearest pup. Short drive into Bantry. Date of stay: September 2021
  • A slice of Heaven – There are no words to adequately describe this campsite. After spending eght nights here we’ll be heartbroken to be leaving it behind. Jutting out into yhe calm waters of Bantry bay and with little strands at every turn our children were in Heaven. We swam at least twice every single day (beaches are stoney so bring swimshoes) regardless of weather and we did get a mixed back of rain and sunshine. Situated at the start of the Beara Penninsula we did day trips down to Alihies and Ereyees, drive through the stunning Healyband Caha Passes, Mizen Head, Sheeos Head, Schull, Barley Cove, Gougane Barra. Our hearts are broken to be pulling out of Eagle Point this morning, a little part of us will stay here until we revisit someday.
