“<3 <3 Love it”. Caravanning around Ireland many years now but have to say Camac Valley has been by far, the best campsite we have ever stayed in. Staff were extremely approachable & friendly. always willing to advise & make suggestions. Campsite itself was spotless, facilities were spotless & well maintained. Noise was minimal. Loved it here and can't wait to go back. Stayed April 2015
“Rural retreat in the Big Smoke.” This site is perfectly located for city visits or for ferry travel. Its so easy to find, located just off the Naas rd. Don't let that put you off, as We had no problem sleeping. There are loads of trees and hedges to filter traffic noise. We have had worse nights camped by the beach. We arrived late to be checked in by a man who could not be more helpful . We set up our van in the dark and then ordered a takeaway using the receptionists' recommendation. While waiting for our food We took a tour of the facilities which we found to be bright, clean and spacious and the pitches are separated with hedges. Some are bigger than others due to their position on corners of the park, while there are plenty of bays reserved for those with mobility restrictions. Large dumpsters are provided throughout the site for waste and recycling . During our walkabout we got a huge surprise to find that we were surrounded by rabbits. It is like a scene from Fr. Ted. For camper van users this site has an added attraction in that Dublin bus stops outside the gate of the site. The site can only be accessed after dark by using the coded gates. We are definitely returning in the near future Stayed February 2015, travelled with family
